Normally, billing is combined and invoiced every other week to save postage and paperwork.
The next 2-week cycles are:
mid February - Feb 16 billing
early March - March 1 billing
mid March - March 15 billing
end March - March 29 billing
mid-April - April 12 billing
end-April - April 26 billing
