A RARE and sculptural combination specimen from a very obscure Minas Gerais mine, Ohlo de Gato. Aesthetically intergrown, highly lustrous, flattened, prismatic, terracotta colored hydroxylherderite crystals comprise both sides of the piece. The front is dramatically and colorfully accented with clusters of tiny, pretty powder-blue, hexagonal fluorapatite crystals. The left side of the piece glistens with a glassy drusy quartz coating.
