Description:Russian citrine specimens are very difficult to come by. This is a dramatic and beautiful, CABINET cluster. The crystals are very gemmy, with the beautiful and distinctive golden-yellow color peculiar to the best Russian citrines. The citrines on the left side of the piece are in super shape, with only minute edgewear. The citrines grade into milky quartz on the right side and contacting is noted. The two, large, citrines, to 7.5 cm, dominate this striking piece and make it noteworthy. From a small find of 4 years ago (2006-2007), this is one of the larger specimens I have seen! Turne dup in a small collection i purchased. Valued at $900-1200
