Description:An exceptional specimen of gmelinite pseudomorphs after sharp, blocky chabazite crystals. The gmelinite, which is highly lustrous and forms the triangular growth hillocks, has overgrown chabazite, which is now mostly dissolved away. This fine crystal cluster consists of contact, penetration twins. Ex Rod & Helen Tyson Collection, well-known Canadian dealers and collectors.
