Description:A striking, old-time, Cornwall specimen of MASSIVE (not crystallized) iridescent, golden/brassy, chalcopyrite with dramatic, iridescent, magenta and peacock-blue, accents. Certainly, one of the more flashy and uniquely colored chalcopyrites, that I have seen from this historic district. Ex Wes Parker Collection and comes with an older label stating that the piece is pre-1900 (almost certainly!). Many came from the Herodsfoot Mine like this, although we cannot attribute a mine name with certainty.
