Description:A superb and pristine, 7.0 cm, rosette of splendent, gemmy, dark rubyjack sphalerite crystals on a thin CABINET crust coated with scintillating quartz microcrystals from the famous and now-closed Elmwood Mine. This is a very aesthetic, top quality sphalerite from Elmwood and quartz in itself, is very uncommon from Elmwood. So this is a doubly fine combination specimen.
