Description:Lustrous, jet-black, arfvedsonite blades in parallel-growth form a striking column aesthetically attached to the feldspar matrix on this most excellent specimen from recent finds at Mt. Malosa, Malawi. The column is complete all-around and pristine. Arfvedsonite is an uncommon amphibole group species.
