Description:Sharp, translucent and lustrous, light brown, calcite scalenohedrons to 11.8 cm are pleasingly clustered on a thin crust of contrasting matrix on this excellent CABINET specimen from recent finds at Jalgaon. The trivial periphery wear is barely noticeable on this striking piece. Jalgaon continues to supply an amazing variety of fine mineral specimens.
