Description:Sakoany celestines are considered to be amongst the finest in the world and this CABINET piece is highly representative of the species and locality. The vug in the sculptural matrix is totally lined gemmy and lustrous, light steel-blue, celestine crystals with classic chisel terminations. They almost look like topaz crystals. The large crystal is 3.5 cm. Modest bruising and periphery wear is noted. This remains classic and very showy Sakoany material.
