Description:A rarely seen association specimen featuring small, metallic crystals of Native Copper which are sitting on and included within gemmy, pinkish color Hodgkinsonite crystals on matrix! This is the first and only specimen of Copper with Hodgkinsonite that I have seen, not only from Franklin, but any world locality. I have photographed the small crystals under the microscope to better illustrate them. The piece comes from the famous New Jersey collection of Richard Kosnar, who obtained the specimen from noted collector Pat Gross in the early 1990s.
