Description:A cool and rarely seen Pyrite specimen from the famous tri-state district in the midwest. The piece hosts several unusual/unique, lustrous, metallic, golden color, complex modified, somewhat "spherical" crystal groups on matrix. One of the few pieces of this hard to find material that I have encountered. From the Brian Kosnar collection who obtained it from Don Heins. A great specimen to add to a Pyrite suite!
