Description:A rarely seen "locality" specimen from South Carolina featuring a 1.6 cm, sharp, gemmy, rich blue color, prismatic partial crystal of Aquamarine on medium color Smoky Quartz matrix. The Aqua crystal is contacted and not terminated, but it is still an interesting and rarely seen specimen from a state is typically known for its Quartz specimens. From the Brian Kosnar collection, the piece comes with a Bill Kohout label as well.
