  • Size Description:2.4 x 1.2 x 0.2 cm

Description:A cool and unusual, very sharp, lustrous, GEM/gemmy, light green color, bladed, near "floater" crystal group of Clinozoisite with a notable and fairly thick "Faden" (German word for string) running lengthwise along the specimen. Many of the crystals are doubly-terminated and highly transparent for the species. The piece is from the famous "Alpine"-type clefts in Pakistan, which in many ways are identical to those of the Alps in Europe, which produce very similar specimens. One of the VERY few pieces of this material with this distinctive green hue that I have seen from Pakistan.
