Description:A classic Sussexite specimen of a light pinkish color showing great fibrous form. These specimens are among some of the most easily recognizable minerals from all of Franklin. With over 350 species from this historic mining district, this one was actually named after the county where Franklin the mine is located. You'll notice small red Zincite associated on this piece, along with what is probably black Franklinite. A good specimen of this well known material, especially considering so many of the species from Franklin are micros.
