Description:This small cabinet size piece features beautiful, sharp, translucent, purple color, cubic "phantom" crystals of Fluorite up to 1.2 cm on edge sitting on white Quartz matrix with a few associated blades of Barite. The crystals have distinctive dark purple edges, but are notably lighter in color in the middle. From what I have seen, there have been very few of these specimens from Qinglong, and are certainly some of the most distinctive and attractive Fluorite specimens to hit the market in recent years. If you have been paying attention, the price of fine Chinese Flourite specimens has been on the rise over the past few years, and it is becoming difficult to get good pieces for low prices like ten years ago. Please note that due to the weight of this specimen, an additional shipping charge will be added.
