Description:A classic specimen of these well known Garnets. The piece features a few attractive, sharp, dodecahedral "raspberry" color crystals of Grossular up to 9 mm with a few secondary crystals on matrix from this famous locality that produced specimens in the mid-late 1990s. Good specimens are not common on the market anymore. These are some of the most distinctive Garnets in the world from the standpoint of color for sure.
