Description:This locality may best be known for its Heulandite and Stilbite specimens included by green Celadonite, but it has produced some non-included specimens as well. This piece features a few beautiful pinkish-orange crystal groups of Stilbite with small reddish colored Heulandite blades and several gemmy, resinous rhombs of golden-esque colored Calcite on matrix. One of the few pieces of this material that I have offered, and certainly different from many others from India, especially for the Calcite association. This is not your average Indian Zeolite specimen, and it is BETTER in person, so don't pass it by. I know that Indian Zeolite and associated species are fairly common right now, but you must appreciate them for what they are. They are simply some of the finest crystallized examples of many of these species extant. One day (eventually) India will not produce any more of these Zeolites, and they will more than likely receive great recognition for being these amazing display specimens.
