Description:Specimens from Leadville are not common on the market, and typically are snatched up immediately by collectors when they are made available. Recently, a local digger discovered a small amount of specimens on the dumps of the Ibex, and this piece is one of said specimens. The piece features a small patches of blue Azurite with forest green Malachite and blue-green Chrysocolla. I have photographed the piece under the microscope to better show the detail. A cool specimen from this historic and classic Colorado locality.
