A classic and beautiful old-time bi-colored gem tourmaline from the famous Cruzeiro Mine. The limpid body of this very glassy, well-striated trigonal crystal is a gorgeous steel-blue and is dramatically capped by the starkly contrasting pretty rose-red complex pyramidal termination. Complete all-around and pristine. This is an outstanding example of gem bi-colored tourmaline from the 1960s and 70s finds from this renowned mine. 16 grams mass.
