Item Description

Naujakasite is a super rare sodium iron aluminum silicate that is only found in a few localities in Greenland and nowhere else in the world. It is the iron analogue of Manganonaujakasite. This piece features micro greyish-white monoclinic bladed crystals of Naujakasite sitting on orange Villiaumite on matrix. This is a great opportunity to pick up a piece of an incredibly rare species for all you species collectors out there. This piece is obviously a micro specimen, and we've photographed it with a Canon MP-E 65 mm macro lens to better illustrate the quality. This is the only piece of this species that we have to offer, and comes with a classic label from Josef Vajdak / Pequa Rare Minerals, which immediately increases the value.
