Item Description

There was a small pocket that produced these Tetrahedrite specimens around 2002, and they are some of the finest quality Tetrahedrite specimens that I have seen from Bolivia. This specimen features several tetrahedrons of Tetrahedrite with VERY sharp faces and extremely highly luster on matrix. The crystals (the largest measuring 5 mm across) have some small tetrahedral "hillocks" covering the faces which makes for a very unique "ripple" effect. Additionally, associated Quartz and Pyrite can be seen on the piece as well. Overall, the piece is in good condiiion and displays beautifully from a couple angles. I have not seen another crumb of this material in several years, and this is the last one I have left to offer, so if you've ever wanted one, do not let this one slip away.
