Item Description

Here we have a good representative Smoky Quartz specimen from this famous locality at Hallelujah Junction in Nevada. I obtained this specimen directly from the people who collected it (Earth's Treasures / Rick Kennedy). The specimen was mined in May of 2016. It has good form and gemminess for any locality, especially one in the U.S. The piece features sharp, lustrous, well formed, defined rich to light smoky colored crystals with a distinct multi-color variation. A cool sidecar scepter crystal with rich smoky and slight PURPLE coloration makes the piece very showy and eye-catching. It's incomplete on the back, but very gemmy and sharp on the display side, and a good representative specimen for the material.
