Rubellite Tourmaline with Quartz

Beautiful, gemmy, sharp, vivid pink prismatic crystal sections (none seem to have good terminations) of Rubellite Tourmaline are mixed with massive white Quartz. The Tourmalines have high luster with excellent color and translucency. Also of note, the Tourmalines fluoresce, which is not unheard of for Tourmaline, but it certainly makes for an interesting detail. I think there was an article in Rocks and Minerals about fluorescent Tourmaline circa 2010 if you want more information.
