Item Description
A classic specimen featuring sharp, hexagonal pyramidal crystals of lustrous reddish-orange color Vanadinite crystals measuring up to 3 mm on matrix from the famous J.C. Holmes Mine. The display side of the specimen is covered with crystals and there is virtually no damage, save the periphery where it was removed from the pocket wall. A good overall large miniature for an Arizona collector, a collector of secondary or minerals, or if you collect members of the Apatite group.
