Item Description

This piece came labeled with a small tag that said Ettringite / Sturmanite (?), and it's difficult to determine the difference between the two species by eye. Prismatic, trigonal crystals of a soft yellow color with sharp faces and good overall form. The piece has a medium luster and is translucent when backlit. A good representation of the material.
