Item Description

Here we have a very hard to find Bismuthinte specimen from Caldbeck Fells in England. The piece comes with a label from Mineral Research Co. as coming from the Carrock Mine, and it's the first piece of this material that we've ever had to offer from the locality. Compacted, silvery-grey colored "needles" of Bismuthinite sit on massive Quartz matrix. The largest group of crystals measures 1.2 cm at its longest dimension. If you collect rarities or hard to find specimens from the UK, don't miss out on this one.
