A "Gem" of a 14-piece diamond deal from the Kay Robertson Collection # 7604. The 14 diamonds are textbook octahedrons or modified octahedrons. They have classic adamantine luster, are water-clear to frosted and some have stepped-growth faces. Most of the diamonds are colorless, BUT there are a several lovely PINK and COGNAC crystals, along with light brown and yellowish-green crystals. Kay acquired these cuties in March, 1975. Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record). 6.77 carats total mass. Here's your chance to assemble a beautiful and highly representative diamond collection at a reasonable price point.
