Description:Tsumeb azurite is the standard to which others are held. This robust, 3-dimensional crystal shows why - the fat and elegant crystal form is very appealing, in addition to the dark blue color. It is complete 360 degrees all around except for only the most minor of ding. This kind of azurite, big single crystals, is highly desired and rare even from Tsumeb. The elegant curvature is even less common. The piece comes from an old collection and was last on the market in the early 1990s, but it would have been mined prior to that time. Valued $1800
