Description:Razor-sharp, gemmy and lustrous, large, clove-brown, axinite blades form a striking floater specimen from the famous Puiva Mine of the Polar Urals. The crystals are super glassy and some faces are also beautifully striated. Trivial edgewear is noted, but is certainly not a detraction to this nearly pristine beauty. This is NOT contemporary classic material, as they were found in the 1980s and with no more of these coming out since. Valued at $600-800.
