Description:A classic specimen of lustrous, pearlescent harmotome crystals to 9 mm on mounded calcite matrix from the famous Bellsgrove Mine at Strontian, Scotland. Harmotome is a rare zeolite group mineral and many of the crystals are cyclic twins, including the largest, prominently placed large crystal. A fine, showy piece. Ex Joan Massgue Collection.
