Description:Huge pseudomorphs of malachite after big azurite crystals from the famous Emke Mine at Onganja, Namibia. Renowned for copper and cuprite specimens, this famous mine turned out a very limited number of secondary copper minerals. This is an outstanding, complete all-around pseudo with very large, sparkly-coated crystals. Ex Dr. Gary Hansen Collection and not seen since the early 1980s when his collection and stock went into the basement! We bought the collection in 2005. Valued at $1000-1500, this is an exceptional example from the locality and a super large pseudo in any case.
