Description:An aesthetic spray of stout, sharp, striated and flattened iridescent metallic stibnite blades from the 1980s finds in Romania. They throw off flashes of blue and purple colors as the piece is turned in the light. Modest periphery wear is noted, but is certainly not a detraction. Moderately common in the 1980s, these now are available only from recycled collections and are more robust, than the current Chinese stibnites. Ex Joan Massague Collection and purchased from K. Vossbrinck in May, 1985 for $175..Valued $500
