Description:A really cute, gemmy and lustrous, tapered, 3-sided, crystal of columnar, bottle-green, tourmaline from the much, much less well-known pegmatites south of border from San Diego County. The column rests atop two very nifty, smaller tourmalines. This is a unique rarity for the locale. Complete all-around and pristine. Ex Irv Brown Thumbnail Collection. Irv"s note on the box indicates that the piece is illustrated somewhere. 20.2 carats or just over 4 grams.
