Item Description

A classic and sculptural large copper crystal plate from the famous Ray Mine. Brick-red cuprite coats the striking two-sided arborescent piece. The overall spinel-twinned form is comprised of a myriad of sharp tetrahexahedral crystals. The ends growths are particularly fascinating on this piece. A bit of attached matrix, malachite and the jagged angled copper septae on the back are nice accents. This showy piece has multiple display views.
