"Electric blue" Azurite w/ Malachite

A striking sharp 1.5 cm azurite crystal dominates the vug filled with brilliant navy-blue crystals on this showy and aesthetic piece from recent finds at the famous mine. A nice surprise is that the bottom of piece holds another vug filled with azurites. ALL of the crystals GLOW with "electric-blue" color under bright light and the malachite is a nice accent. Yes, the bruising is noted, but this remains an impressive, sculptural and very rich example of species and locale. The piece displays well without aid.
