Item Description

Tourmaline specimens are rare and are seldom on the market from this obscure Tajikistan pegmatite in the Pamir Mountains. A lustrous, well-striated, bi-colored parallel-growth tourmaline with a pretty gemmy indicolite blue termination and a gemmy to opaque, olive-green body is aesthetically partially cloaked with white nubby lepidolite crystals, a common accessory. Choice and rare combination tourmaline from the S. Schwarzinger Collection.
