Gorgeous gem rubellite from the famous Himalaya Mine. The very glassy, well-striated, water-clear layered beauty has pleasing hues of raspberry-red. This is a classic and desirable varietal from here. Complete all-around and pristine. One edge of the termination is contacted, but there is no damage, per se. The crystal is technically terminated as the end is rehealed. There is a super gem nodule at the base. 33.22 carats or over 6 grams mass. Choice elbaite from the S. Schwarzinger Collection.
