Wulfenite

Item Description

A classic and aesthetic intergrown miniature cluster of lustrous, butterscotch-colored, tabular, "sandwich-style" wulfenite prisms from the famous Erupcion Mine at Los Lamentos. The large crystal is 2.1 cm on edge. Complete all-around and nearly pristine. The large prism has a lightly contacted edge with only trivial bruising, which is certainly only a modest detraction. A preferential oxide coating coats some of the crystals on the front and all of the prisms on the back. Very interesting. This cutie has mulitple fine display views. Classic older wulfenite from the 1960s and 70s finds.
