A dramatic secondary overgrowth of worm-like clusters of purplish-gray, frosted, stepped-growth fluorite cuboctahedrons richly covers beautiful, gemmy rich emerald-green fluorite octahedrons on this colorful, impressive, rich and sculptural large fluorite plate from a small 2016 find at a very obscure locality in Zhejiang Province, China.. The octos remind me of outstanding emerald-green fluorites from Riemasvaak, South Africa. Rich purple fluorescence. The back has been sawed to enhance the display quality. Mass is 1584 grams or 3.5 pounds. High quality and excellent fluorite.
