Juicy shrub-like clusters of tiny apple-green acicular pyromorphite clusters totally cover the sandstone matrix on this very rich and outstanding large old-timer from a classic German locale. The crystals are not large, but the richness and coverage of the crystal forms are striking and noteworthy. Mining ceased at this ancient lead mine around 1880. Large showy specimens like this do not turn up often.
