An aesthetic and striking large combination from this famous mine. A dramatic, well-placed, matching pair of pristine 4.8 cm fluorite cuboctahedrons have rich purple color, high luster, translucence and surreal dense, stepped-growth faces. The wormy, elongated clusters of purple fluorite botryoids on the oxide-tinted quartz matrix plate add color and artistic form to this very fine example. The sides and back have been prepared to enhance the outstanding display quality of this piece. Common 7-10 years ago, supplies have dried up and disappeared, with very little new material coming out. This is a most excellent example, that glows when backlit. Purple fluorescence.
