Rosasite with Calcite

Item Description

A lovely Rosasite specimen from the famous Ojuela Mine. The piece is filled with velvety blue-green radiating aggregates of Rosasite which are coated by colorless Calcite sitting in a gossan vug. Upon close inspection, I found a bit of Hemimorphite here and there. The piece displays well and the color is truly echanting. Minor peripheral roughness is present where the piece was removed from the pocket wall, but still a good representation of this attractive material.
