Zircon (Cat's Eye)

It is exceedingly rare to find Cat's Eye Zircon gems. I've only seen a few of them over the years, and I always sell them quickly. People are probably more familiar with Cat's Eye Tourmaline gems, where the "eye" is created by fairly visible fibrous inclusions. The inclusions seen in Cat's Eye Zircon gems are much finer, similar to the "silk" inside of Star Ruby or Star Sapphire gems. This stone is a beautiful white / colorless "Round Cabochon" cut stone from Sri Lanka which shows an excellent sharp "eye" when exposed to a good strong light.
