I've seen a handful of these stones and I must say that I like them a lot. One of the rarest colors of Sapphire is green, and although this stone is not a true green color, the blending of the green and blue creates a dazzling effect that shows an array of colors in all directions. You can clearly see the distinct blue and green color zones in the stone when viewed from the pavillion. I must stress that this stone is a bit more vibrant in the photos, than in person. The stone is virtually eye clean, with a standard "Step "Round" cut, and I believe it is not treated in any way. A very cool natural bicolor Sapphire that would make a great addition to any collection. There are not a lot of bicolor gems in the world, and to find this phenomenon in Sapphire is rare in my experience. The high end retail value on this stone is $420.00 Enjoy.
