Description:Small white calcite crystals, to 1 cm in length, are nearly covered by a druse of sparkling, lustrous and translucent, deep emerald green dioptase. The combination of white calcite and emerald green dioptase is distinctive, only from Tsumeb, and this results in one of the mine's classic combinations. This piece is a very fine example of what we call "sugar dioptase" , small crystals on the calcites. It is phenomenally sparkly and lights up in a case. valued $500-750
