Description:This is a rounded mass of intergrown, splendent, dark gray crystals of sphalerite, to 3 cm across. They have sharp form and excellent wet luster. Som eare twinned. A thin crust of lustrous and translucent white calcite is at the base of the specimen. Although there is some edge wear around the periphery, the top core of crystals is well preserved and exceptional for the locality
