Item Description

A sculptural and aesthetic specimen of Quartz from Minas Gerais, Brazil. A pair of sharp, very well-formed, hexagonal colorless prisms are associated with a few spherical groups of Muscovite and minor Feldspar. The piece is in good condition, though the smaller of the two crystals is contacted on the back, while the larger one was contacted, but then recrystallized. The clarity ranges from WATER CLEAR to translucent at the base of each crystal. A nice piece to add to a Quartz suite or a Brazilian collection.
