The Rubies from Jagdalek are among some of the most well known and superbly crystallized Ruby specimens around. This specimen features a remarkably sharp, incredibly well-formed, vibrant reddish-pink color Ruby crystal with excellent gemminess when backlit sitting very aesthetically on marble matrix. The Ruby measures 1.0 cm across. The crystal is not opaque as the majority of these specimens tend to be, and it's so alluring with the textbook crystal form and intense color. A very fine Ruby specimen from a locality that is not producing nearly as many good pieces as it did 10-15 years ago. Valued at $2500.
