Item Description

A colorful specimen with a solidly covered area of scintillating, blood-red microcrystals of this variety of cuprite. This is certainly an old piece, probably pre-1950s, and is an extremely rich example for both the species and famous locality. This piece has more patches of the cuprite crystals on it. Ex.
