RARE quality pyrite from this well-known Peruvian locale, famous for wold-class tetrahedrite and chalcopyrite specimens. This is an outstanding 360-degree cluster of aesthetically intergrown, super sharp pyritohedrons with fabulous mirror-bright brassy luster and striated faces. The small crystal embedded on one side is a dramatic accent. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only a trivial bit of scuffing along one edge.
